Peppermint is back...and she's brought a friend!

So, in our house, the Shelf Elf returns December 1st.  And, our Elf's name is Peppermint.  But as you can see in the picture below, Peppermint has brought along a friend this year!

So, why two elves?  Well, honestly, my daughter wanted one of the new girl elves this year with the  earrings and cute polka dot skirt (although I personally think the snowflake skirts last year were MUCH cuter).  So, after a day or two, I thought why not have two elves???  They can certainly have some fun together getting into all kinds of mischief   (Now if my husband and I can only remember to get creative with their antics before going to sleep each night! Do you ever just about get into bed and then think:  Darn it!  I forgot to move the Elf!  Yeah, us too.)
