Episode 100: Father's Day Islandscape

Good Morning!  I can't believe this is my 100th video!  Wow!  It seems only fitting that it is a Father's Day theme.  My husband is my BIGGEST supporter and makes so much of this possible.  I love you Drew!  I also want to wish a very Happy Father's Day to my Dad, the first man in my life that loved me and has ALWAYS supported my art.  Love you DAD!

Check out the little photo shoot I did with my girls for my husband's Father's Day Card!  Love my girls!!

Since my front door needs to remain Thundered Up! for the NBA Championship, I decided to decorate my island in honor of my husband's favorite hobby, GOLF.  This is SUPER EASY.  If you don't have an island, try decorating a table in your foyer or a console table in your living room.  That would look fabulous, and I just might have to do that myself too in the future!  Check out the video:

Now here are some close-up pics:

The letters are from Jo-Ann's.  I borrowed the golf balls from my hubby.

Here is my go-to chalkboard that you have seen.  I added some tulle and some cute golf ribbon found in the dollar bin at Michael's.  The golf ball magnet was purchased at a local store.

You can purchase these digital stamps at http://www.tiffanydoodles.com/.  For the direct link to the golf cart, click here.

Hope all the Dads out there have a fabulously relaxing Father's Day!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. This is so sweet! I'm sure your hubby will love the picture of the girls - such a great idea and I actually like the smaller "a"! Your islandscape is so fun with the tees and golfballs in the apothecary jars. My sweetie is in Chicago on business, so no breakfast in bed this year. He's missed and loved though! Thanks for sharing your islandscape... ~Suzy
